Demetrius Ventura

A civil engineer with a solid track record in the construction and real estate development sector, Demetrius Ventura has spent over two decades leading high-end residential and commercial projects in Brazil and the United States.

Civil Engineer – Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (1997).
CEO and Owner, CSV Construtora Scarpelli Ventura (1999–2024) – Brazil. Responsible for the execution of large-scale developments, with a focus on quality, innovation, and strategic management.
CEO and Owner, CSV Construtora e Silva Ventura (2015–2024) – Brazil. Spearheaded residential and corporate construction projects, solidifying a reputation for technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Owner, DNE Development LLC – USA (since 2021) – Led the expansion of the company's operations into the American market, managing real estate projects and establishing high standards for construction, compliance, and delivery.

With extensive experience in executive leadership, team management, structural analysis, and project development, Demetrius is recognized for his commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in the civil construction industry.

Eduardo Gomes

A civil engineer specializing in industrial operations and heavy construction, Eduardo Gomes brings over 20 years of experience in highly complex projects within the oil and gas, mining, and metallurgy sectors.

Civil Engineer – FUMEC – University of Belo Horizonte – MG (2001).
Involved in major industrial projects, including mining and metallurgy plants and infrastructure for the oil and gas sector, with active participation in construction management, planning, and implementation of highly demanding technical solutions.
Licensed by the DBPR as a General Contractor – USA, a qualification that reinforces his technical expertise and his ability to conduct real estate projects according to the most rigorous American standards.
Owner, DNE Development LLC – USA (since 2021) – Responsible for technical coordination, executive construction supervision, and the implementation of building processes that ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Eduardo combines deep knowledge of engineering, international expertise, and a strong background in high-performance environments, contributing directly to the standard of excellence that defines DNE Development.
